Sandy Shores Fences LLC is a New Jersey registered Limited Liability Company providing residential and commercial fence installation services in Ocean, Monmouth, and Burlington Counties. We operate as an installer through retailer installation programs including Lowe's and Home Depot, and also accept direct customer inquiries through this website.
Sandy Shores Fences LLC is registered (or in the process of registering) as a Home Improvement Contractor with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs pursuant to N.J.S.A. 56:8-136 et seq. Our registration number will be displayed on all contracts, invoices, and advertisements once issued.
Submitting a contact request through this website does not constitute a contract or commitment of any kind. All estimates are free, non-binding, and subject to on-site assessment. A formal written contract will be provided before any work begins.
All fence installation work will be described in a written contract prior to commencement. Sandy Shores Fences LLC coordinates installation through licensed subcontractors. Lowe's and Home Depot installations are governed by those retailers' installation program agreements.
Customer is responsible for ensuring that the property is suitable for fence installation. Sandy Shores Fences will assist with permit research; however, the customer is responsible for obtaining any required municipal zoning or building permits unless otherwise agreed in writing. We comply with NJ One Call (811) requirements before every dig.
Payment terms will be specified in the written contract for each job. For work performed through retailer programs (Lowe's, Home Depot), payment is governed by those programs' terms. Sandy Shores Fences does not collect payment through this website.
Warranty terms for materials and labor will be specified in the written project contract. Manufacturer warranties on fencing materials are separate from our installation warranty and are governed by the respective manufacturer's terms.
Sandy Shores Fences LLC's liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ocean County, New Jersey.
